We work hard to get your scare tech packed, shipped, and haunting your guests as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your gadgets travel from our workshop to your haunt.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.
Some items—especially custom builds, large props, or newly released gadgets—may require additional assembly or testing time before shipment. If your order requires extended lead time, we’ll notify you promptly.
Every prop is tested before leaving our shop to ensure it’s ready to deliver maximum screams right out of the box.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Freight carriers for large equipment
We offer free shipping for most domestic orders. Larger orders that require freight carriers may incur separate charges.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Ghastly Gadgets proudly manufactures and ships from the United States.
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada but Canadian customers should Contact Us directly with their order request.
Canadian customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Customs clearance fees
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by your country’s customs authority.
Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on customs processing.
Freight Shipments
Large items or bulk orders may ship via freight carrier.
For freight deliveries:
- A delivery appointment may be required
- Liftgate service may incur additional fees
- Customers are responsible for ensuring proper unloading access
We’ll contact you before shipment if freight delivery is required.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the packaging and product immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Keep all original packaging materials.
This helps us quickly resolve the issue and file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Ghastly Gadgets is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
