Because every Ghastly Gadget is built, assembled, and tested to order, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed and shipped.
Each prop is individually prepared in our workshop to ensure it performs reliably in demanding haunt environments. For that reason, all sales are considered final once production begins.
That said, we stand behind our work and will always help resolve issues if something arrives damaged or isn’t functioning properly.
Orders Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
To report shipping damage:
- Inspect your package upon delivery.
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ghastlygadgets.net.
- Do not discard the packaging materials, as they may be required for the shipping carrier’s claim process.
Once we receive the information, our team will work with the carrier and arrange a repair, replacement, or appropriate solution.
Product Issues After Delivery
All Ghastly Gadgets props are tested before leaving our shop to ensure they’re ready to deliver maximum screams right out of the box.
If you experience a technical issue after installation, our Head Gadgeteers are happy to help troubleshoot and get your gadget back to scaring as quickly as possible.
